A flat tyre is the most common reason to come in, and the quickest to fix. We find the cause (a thorn, a worn tyre, a sharp rim tape) so it does not happen again the next morning.

Wheel removed, tyre and inner tube inspected
Tube patched or replaced
Tyre checked inside for the object that caused it
Pressure set for your weight and your use

Good to know

Rear wheels with hub gears or electric motors take a little longer.
