What is done

- Battery contacts and charger checked
- Motor and speed sensor checked, error codes read
- Software updated when the manufacturer's tool allows it
Good to know
We do not open batteries or motors: if they are faulty, the claim goes through the manufacturer's warranty, and we handle it.
